Swiss media praise the contribution of the Russian Church Abroad to helping Ukrainian refugees

The media in Switzerland reported on the fruitful work carried out by the Diocese of Great Britain and Western Europe of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia to help refugees affected by the armed conflict in Ukraine. This was reported on March 26, 2024 by eglise-russe.ch.

In particular, an article published by L'illustré magazine tells about the parish life of the Cathedral of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Geneva in these difficult times of international conflict.

Interviews with the clergy and several parishioners of the cathedral are supplemented with photographs and testify to the spirit of brotherly love and mutual assistance that has reigned in the diocese since the very beginning of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, the report says.
